Our Commitment
Every saree we offer is sourced directly from master weavers and artisan clusters across India. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality. However, if you experience an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged in transit
- The product has a genuine defect
- The wrong item was delivered
Return & Exchange
Window You may request a return or exchange:
- Within 48 hours of delivery for defects or incorrect items.
- Returned products must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this time may not be accepted. To initiate a return request, please email us with:
- Order number
- Images or videos clearly showing the issue
- An unboxing video (Mandatory)
Conditions for Return
To qualify for return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The saree must be returned in the same condition in which it was received
- The product must not have perfume, stains, or signs of use
All returned products will undergo a quality inspection before approval. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sarees with fall, pico, tassels, or alterations
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Returns without original packaging or tags
Exchange Policy
If your return request is approved, you may:
- Exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value
- Pay the difference if the new product is priced higher
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong product, we will arrange the pickup.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may request a return according to our return policy. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
